Mid-Life

I survived my first mid-life crisis. I know I’m only 25 but I only expect to make it to about 50 so it’s mid-life for me. I had an episode.

I realized that this work stuff will never stop. Ever. EVER. IT WILL NEVER STOP. I will have to work everyday for the rest of my life. Whether it be for pleasure or obligation I will always have to get up and go to work. Every single day.

On top of that I am not only supporting myself, but with our new president I will be supporting many (fill in your own adjective here) Americans who voted for Obama so that they don’t have to go through this “work” thing anymore… that’s millions of people.

It was a lot to handle. I had to grab a paper bag and start breathing deeply into it.

Thank God. I am so glad I am not the only one going through this quarter-life crisis who feels like my freedom is lost to the corporate sell outs on wall-street and main street. Oh Gosh, I need a paper bag now too... its like in The Sandlot... FOR-EV-ER!!!!
